About the Job
- Looking for a local counsel who has a requirement of one legal associate to handle matters in the DRT and NCLT, Pune.
- The same is for 2 months, initially depending on the quality of work.
- If the work is found to be satisfactory, the same may be extended.
- The call is NOT for online association/juniors; and
- The call is for DRT and NCLT cases only.
Eligibility
- Filing and Appearances in the DRT, and NCLT.
- Young graduates are encouraged to apply.
Remuneration
10K per month (in the work is found to be satisfactory, the terms will be revised)
Location
Debt Recovery Tribunal, Pune, and NCLT, Pune.
