About the Job
Raguel Law, a reputable law firm specializing in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), seeks a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team as an Associate in IPR Litigation and Prosecution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution·
- 0 to 1 year of professional working experience ·
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills·
- Specialization in Intellectual Property Rights will be considered an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on various aspects of Intellectual Property Rights·
- Draft notices of oppositions, counter-statements, and other relevant legal documents·
- Assist in the preparation and filing of evidence for hearings·
- Assisting Draft plants and other court-related documents·
- Appear in court on behalf of clients
