Hiring- Position: Legal Associate
Eligibility
- Professionals with experience in real estate legal documentation
- Strong understanding of RERA and housing society procedures
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-versed in legal drafting
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing developer agreements and MOUs
- Preparing development agreements and handling society-related matters
- Coordinating for NOCs from builders and societies
- Managing documentation for Occupation Certificates (OC) and Commencement Certificates (CC)
- Staying up to date with latest developments in RERA and ensuring compliance
