Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers with strong legal knowledge may also apply.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions on business matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in litigation management, dispute resolution, and legal documentation.
• Maintain legal records and support the organisation’s legal and compliance functions.
