About the Job
Magnah Law Partners is hiring candidates for its Real Estate Team. The firm’s Real Estate Practice caters to institutional investors, lenders, developers and end users across India.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law.
- 0–1 years of experience in litigation or non-litigation.
- Must know Kannada, including reading and writing.
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed title due diligence and inspect or examine title-related documents.
- Identify and analyse risks.
- Conduct legal research.
- Assist in drafting real estate transaction documents.
- Ensure timely delivery of work.
