About the Job

Lead India Law is seeking a motivated and skilled Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will handle litigation matters, drafting, court visits, and backend client support, along with providing sound legal advice.

Eligibility

• LL. B degree from a recognised university
• Valid Bar Council registration
• 0-5 years of relevant experience
• Proven drafting skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Comfortable with long discussions and building client trust over calls

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (KRAs):

• Provide timely and accurate legal advice /Consultation on assigned matters
• Engage comfortably in detailed discussions with clients on phone calls
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support cases
• Draft petitions, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings to gather case details, provide updates, and build trust
• Bring in new clients through personal network and professional references
• Manage backend client communications and maintain case documentation
• Visit courts as required for filings, hearings, or case follow-ups
