About the Job

Law Chambers of Karan Gandhi is seeking a talented and motivated Legal Associate to join our team. This position is focused on providing legal support in the implementation of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016, particularly in Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation proceedings. The role involves assisting Insolvency Professionals, drafting legal documents, and ensuring compliance with IBC regulations.

Job Vacancy: Legal Associate

Eligibility

Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, particularly in CIRP and liquidation processes.

• Education: LLB/LLM from a recognized law school.
• Strong knowledge of IBC regulations and their practical application.
• Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and communication.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Insolvency Professionals in managing liquidation proceedings and related processes under the IBC.
• Draft, review, and ensure the compliance of legal documents involved in insolvency and liquidation matters.
• Advice on legal and procedural aspects of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and liquidation.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements as outlined by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
• Keep up to date with changes in insolvency laws and practices to support effective decision-making.
