About the Job
KNM & Partners – Hiring for Real Estate Team (Delhi)
They are looking to expand their Real Estate practice at KNM & Partners, Law Offices, with openings in their Delhi office.
Eligibility
- Experience Required: 2–5 years PQE
- Prior law firm experience in real estate diligence.
- Strong legal acumen with excellent drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.
- Team-oriented mindset and professional integrity.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking land due diligence with an understanding of land laws and corporate laws.
- Drafting of documents involving real estate and related corporate arrangements.
- Knowledge of and ability to understand the land revenue records of Delhi NCR, including Haryana and UP.
Remuneration
