About the Job

Eligibility
- A qualified lawyer with 3+ years of experience in litigation
- Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil and commercial litigation matters across various forums
- Draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and legal opinions
- Attend court hearings, client meetings, and briefings
- Conduct legal research and stay updated with current judicial precedents
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on strategy, preparation, and case management
