Eligibility
- LLB or equivalent qualification from a recognized law school.
- 1-2 years of experience in a law firm .
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and litigation processes.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
- Conducting legal research on various issues across practice areas.
- Assisting in litigation and dispute resolution processes.
- Liaising with clients, understanding their legal needs, and providing actionable advice.
- Preparing case summaries, legal opinions, and presentations.
- Managing legal filings and documentation with courts and authorities.
