Eligibility

• LL.B from a recognized university
• 1-3 years of experience in legal practice, with exposure to litigation and court proceedings.
• Strong knowledge of Securities Laws, Criminal Law, Trademark ,and Family Law.
• Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and represent them effectively.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.

Responsibilities

As a Legal Associate, you will play a critical role in assisting with case preparation, research, and client consultations. You will be responsible for drafting legal documents, representing clients in courts and tribunals, and managing day-to-day case proceedings. The role demands a strong understanding of legal frameworks, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

• Assist in drafting legal documents, including petitions, replies, appeals, agreements, and notices.
• Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and recent legal developments to support ongoing cases.
• Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies, including SEBI, SAT, and district courts.
• Handle client interactions, including consultations, advising on legal matters, and keeping them updated on case progress.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations, court procedures, and ethical standards.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.
