Eligibility
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in commercial contract drafting, vetting, and transaction management.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Working knowledge of computers and internet research.
- This opening is not for freshers.
Responsibilities
Drafting & Vetting
- End-to-end drafting and vetting of legal and commercial agreements.
- Drafting and reviewing Lease & License Agreements, NDAs, Service Agreements, Franchise Agreements, and related corporate documents.
Negotiations
- Participating in client discussions.
- Assisting with agreement negotiations and conference calls.
Legal Advisory

- Providing general legal advice.
- Handling other ancillary professional activities.
Additional Information
Court appearances will be minimal.
