Homeville Consulting Private Limited is hiring a Legal Associate to manage and execute legal functions for the organization, with a focus on the affordable housing loan sector and mortgage-related matters.
Eligibility
Qualification:
- LL.B. from a reputed law college
Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
Skills & Requirements:

- Strong non-litigation experience in mortgages
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi, or any regional language would be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide legal assistance to the company
- Conduct due diligence of properties to be mortgaged
- Review LSR/TSR and provide legal opinions
- Conduct property searches and prepare search reports
- Carry out legal due diligence for creation of mortgage (equitable/registered/extension) across India
- Prepare mortgage documentation
- Assist internal teams with legal queries, documentation, and stamp duty matters
