About the Job
HKJ & Associates is looking for law graduates to join our office in Mayur Vihar, Delhi, as Legal Associate.
Responsibilities
This role offers hands-on experience in:
- Property Due Diligence & Title Search – Conducting title investigations and property evaluations across India.
- Drafting & Conveyancing – Preparing legal documents such as sale deeds, lease agreements, and more.
- Legal Compliance & Registration – Assisting with statutory approvals, project sanctions, and compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Law graduates with 0-1 year of experience, based in NCR.
- Strong knowledge of Property Law, basic drafting skills, and due diligence.
- Interest in real estate and property law, with prior experience in corporate legal teams (law firms or in-house preferred).
Remuneration
To be discussed during the interview.
