About the Job

Position Title: Associate – Technology Law & Data Privacy

Practice Area- Technology Law, Data Privacy, Cryptocurrency, General Corporate Advisory

Eligibility

• LL.B. (5-year integrated law course from a reputed institution)
• 0–2 years of post-qualification experience
• Strong interest in technology law and evolving areas like data privacy, cybersecurity, and cryptocurrency
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong grasp of statutory interpretation and analytical thinking
• Clarity and structure in written and oral communication
• Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving legal landscape
• Willingness to learn and contribute beyond assigned tasks
• Comfortable using productivity and collaboration tools (MS Word,
  Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Legal research and drafting on technology law, data privacy, cryptocurrency, IT Act, and related laws
• Assist in preparing client advisory notes and whitepapers
• Support seniors in handling regulatory matters and compliance documentation
• Draft and review contracts, privacy policies, and internal policies
• Assist with data mapping and implementation of data protection frameworks
