Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of M&A, private equity, and capital-raise mandates.
- Build and review financial models.
- Prepare and review Information Memorandums (IMs) and pitchbooks.
- Guide Analysts during transaction execution.
- Work directly with founders, CFOs, and investors.
- Support transaction processes with strong financial analysis and attention to detail.
Eligibility
- 3–4 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, or transaction advisory.
- Live deal experience.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) qualification is preferred.
