Eligibility
1–2 years of experience in legal, contracts, or corporate law roles, be a law graduate, and possess strong legal drafting skills, keen attention to detail, along with a willingness to learn commercial and finance fundamentals.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, review, and management of vendor agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and service contracts.
- Support vendor negotiations and ensure contractual compliance across projects.
- Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams on documentation, invoicing, and commercial terms.
