Resposnibilities
– Assisting in trade remedy investigations (anti-dumping, countervailing duty, and safeguard measures)
– Advising clients on issues concerning WTO agreements, Free Trade Agreements, Sanctions and Export controls and other non-tariff barriers.
– Drafting and reviewing advisories, opinions and submissions. Co-ordinating with authorities such as DGTR and DGFT.
