About the Job
DSA Legal is looking for talented and motivated lawyers to join its team as Associates.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Experience in litigation and arbitration
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal advice on litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters
- Draft, review, and prepare pleadings, applications, and dispute-related documentation
- Assist in handling litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across courts and forums
- Work closely with senior team members and clients to identify legal risks and solutions
- Support in developing templates, research notes, and legal strategies
- Contribute to client engagement and business development efforts
Additional Advantage
- Knowledge of any regional language
- Prior experience in arbitration
- Exposure to courts across the Delhi NCR region
