About the Job
DSA Legal is looking for motivated and commercially driven lawyers to join its team as Associate – Litigation. The position requires candidates with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience and an excellent command of spoken and written English.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- 3–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
- Draft pleadings, applications, legal notices, briefs, and other case-related documents.
- Assist senior counsel in matters before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Coordinate with clients, counsel, and internal teams.
- Track ongoing matters and maintain case records.
- Stay updated on legal developments.
- Contribute to the team’s research initiatives.
