About the Job

Dolce Vita Advisors is looking to hire a Legal Associate to join the team at Dolce Vita Advisors (Gurugram office, Sector 19). The role involves working closely with the partners across a range of practice areas, including:

Eligibility

• Law graduates (LL.B.) with 0–2 years of experience in corporate and commercial laws
• Excellent legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
• Prior exposure to corporate advisory, M&A, or securities law (through internships or prior roles)
• A Company Secretary qualification (or progress towards it) would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and other commercial contracts
• Supporting clients on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and fundraising mandates
• Advising on corporate, securities, and tax laws
• Engaging on capital markets and private investment matters
• Assisting on UAE corporate and financial laws
• Handling legal work for retainer clients, including compliance, governance, and ongoing advisory services
• Research, article writing, and regulatory tracking
