About the Job
DNA Growth is hiring a Legal Associate for its Mohali office. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting legal and compliance functions through research, drafting, document review, and coordination activities.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree.
- Advocate qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of legal research and documentation.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to review contracts, legal documents, and case materials.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience in an LPO or legal services environment will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis.
- Review and analyze contracts, pleadings, and legal documents.
- Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and summaries.
- Assist with due diligence and compliance reviews.
- Maintain legal records and case documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support legal filings and administrative activities.

Working Hours
- Shift Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
- Working Schedule: 5 days a week + 1 working Saturday per month
