About the Job

DNA Growth is hiring a Legal Associate for its Mohali office. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting legal and compliance functions through research, drafting, document review, and coordination activities.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Advocate qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal research and documentation.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to review contracts, legal documents, and case materials.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in an LPO or legal services environment will be an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and regulatory analysis.
• Review and analyze contracts, pleadings, and legal documents.
• Draft legal memoranda, correspondence, and summaries.
• Assist with due diligence and compliance reviews.
• Maintain legal records and case documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support legal filings and administrative activities.

Working Hours

• Shift Timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST
• Working Schedule: 5 days a week + 1 working Saturday per month
