Role: Associate – Litigation and Non – Litigation in Real Estate
Eligibility
1. Strong experience in Litigation, Arbitration & Advisory
2. Proficiency in drafting, pleadings, and appearances before High Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial forums.
3. Exposure to Commercial Disputes, Debt Recovery, Insolvency & Bankruptcy matters.
4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to manage matters independently and handle client interactions
