About the Job
They are hiring for a Legal Associate (IBC Team) position in their law firm.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (NCLT), with 2+ years of experience in IBC, CIRP, and liquidation. The candidate should also have experience appearing in courts and an added advantage would be experience in Company’s Act 2013. LLB-qualified individuals with good English communication and drafting skills are encouraged to apply. Company Secretary qualification will be a plus.
