Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
- Maintain and organize case files, contracts, and legal correspondence.
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on legal matters.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
- Draft legal correspondence and basic legal documents under supervision.
- Support attorneys during meetings, hearings, and client interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional legal ethics at all times.
