About the Job
Chilana & Chilana Law Offices (CCLaw) is looking to add a mid-level associate to its Regulatory and Commercial Advisory and Contract Management Practice.
Eligibility
- Experience: 3–4 years PQE
- Prior law firm experience with hands-on advisory and contract work
- Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to independently handle matters with minimal supervision
Practice Areas
- Regulatory advisory under Legal Metrology, FSSAI, and liquor and excise laws
- Commercial advisory and contract drafting, review, and negotiations
- Ongoing contract management and regulatory compliance for FMCG, food, beverages, and regulated businesses
