About the Job
Chambers of Shahrukh Ejaz, located at New Friends Colony, New Delhi is looking forward to hire full-time associate with prior experience of Civil and Commercial Litigation before Delhi High Court (OS) as well as Courts Subordinate to it.
Area of work: Civil Writs, Original Side (Delhi High Court), Civil Suits at District level, Media Laws, Arbitration, NCLT and ancillary legal work.
Eligibility
PQE: 1+ year
The candidate should be competent at drafting, briefing, must possess good interpersonal skills and shall be expected to work with minimal supervision. Since, the work strictly confines to civil litigation, only those candidates should apply who possess interest and good grasp on Civil Procedure Code, 1908.
Salary
Remuneration: 25k plus expenses
