Eligibility
- Experience: 1 year (Sanad is mandatory)
- Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts
Education Qualification
LL. B with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
- Good team player, collaborative style of working
Key Accountabilities
Access subject-wise law notes for free on LawBhoomi.
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
- Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
- Appearance before – High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Good research skills.
- Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
- Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
- Team Player
Remuneration
