Job Title: Legal Associate – Litigation
Job Type: Full-time

Eligibility

• Experience: 1 year (Sanad is mandatory)
• Field of Practice: Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts

Education Qualification

LL. B with a minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Good written, verbal and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
• Good team player, collaborative style of working

Key Accountabilities

• Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
• Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
• Appearance before – High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
• Good research skills.
• Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
• Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
• Team Player

Remuneration

Depends on the experience of the selected candidate and will Discussed upon interview
