About the Job
Nirka Law Advisory is looking for a motivated Legal Associate to join the Construction Arbitration team at Nirka Law Advisory.
Eligibility
– Law graduate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in arbitration, construction, or infrastructure disputes.
– Strong drafting and research skills.
– Familiarity with construction contracts, project documentation, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
– Ability to work in a team, handle deadlines, and take initiative.
– Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
– Assisting in arbitration proceedings and dispute resolution relating to construction and infrastructure projects.
– Drafting pleadings, statements of claim, and other legal documents.
– Conducting research on arbitration law, construction contracts, and project-related disputes.
– Coordinating with senior lawyers, clients, and external stakeholders.
– Supporting the team in hearings, case management, and strategic advisory work.
