About the Job
Arnifi is looking for a Legal Associate to join its Legal and Compliance team in Bangalore. The role involves working closely with clients and internal teams on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, with a primary focus on UAE and international business setups.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, including SPAs, SHAs, service agreements, vendor agreements, employment agreements, and NDAs.
- Conduct legal and regulatory research on UAE and international laws.
- Assist with company incorporations, restructurings, amendments, share transfers, and capital changes.
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings.
- Assist with employment and HR-related legal documentation.
- Support data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Coordinate with law firms, government authorities, regulators, and external consultants.
- Review client documentation and identify legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
- Support matters across the UAE, KSA, India, Singapore, USA, and other jurisdictions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / LL.M. with relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
- 2–4 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters and coordinate with clients and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of contracts, corporate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in UAE corporate/commercial law, free zone regulations, or business setup matters will be preferred.
