About the Job
ANM Global is hiring an associate for its corporate practice team at ANM Global, based in Mumbai.
Eligibility
– 2–4 years (post-qualification)
– Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of 5 to 8 transactions
– Strong understanding of corporate and securities law frameworks
– Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
– Prior law firm experience preferred
