About the Job
AMD Law India is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate in its Corporate Team.
The firm is looking for a candidate with hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting commercial contracts
- Reviewing agreements with a focus on risk mitigation
- Assisting in structuring contractual documentation for clients
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
Eligibility
- 2–3 years of experience in contract drafting
- Strong understanding of commercial law principles
- Clear drafting and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail
