About the Job
Blueprint Legal is hiring Associates and Assessment Interns for its corporate and transactional practice. The roles are suited for candidates interested in corporate, commercial, and advisory work in a fast-paced professional environment.
Eligibility
- For Associate Roles
- Candidates with relevant prior work experience in corporate/commercial legal work
- For Assessment Internship Roles
- Law students in final year or recent graduates
- Must be able to commit full-time
- Prior internship experience in corporate/commercial work preferred
- Diligence and attention to detail
- Strong research and drafting abilities
- Responsiveness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Legal research and analysis
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Assisting in corporate and commercial advisory work
- Supporting ongoing transactions and client matters
Additional Information
- Assessment internship may lead to long-term opportunities based on performance
- Work-from-home arrangement may be offered to suitable candidates
