About the Job
The practice is inviting applications for the position of Legal Assistant / Junior Paralegal.
The selected candidate will work closely with senior management to streamline client file intake, manage outreach tracking, organise migration documentation, and support pre-lodgment legal assessments.
The role also provides exposure to complex Australian migration law, with a pathway to expanded responsibilities and increased compensation as practice volume grows.

Eligibility
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B / B.A. LL.B), or be a final-year law student
- Paralegal qualification is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English with professional business communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs and Sheets, and scheduling tools such as Calendly and Zoom
- Interest or prior exposure to Australian, UK, or Commonwealth immigration law will be an advantage
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently under senior oversight
Responsibilities
- Preparing, organising, and auditing client files for preliminary legal assessments and refusal reviews
- Maintaining and updating B2B agency outreach and client tracking master files using Google Sheets / CRM
- Assisting with scheduling executive briefings
- Sending professional follow-ups and managing inbox communications
- Assisting with compiling statutory criteria, policy references, and evidentiary checklists for visa submissions and ART appeal briefs
