About the Job

StoneX is recruiting a Legal Analyst for its Document Review team. The role involves supporting the in-house legal department in incident response, litigation document review, and eDiscovery in complex litigations and regulatory investigations.

Business Segment

Corporate – supporting business-critical functions that ensure operational efficiency across the organization.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with large law firms or corporate legal departments
• Prior experience in document review, eDiscovery (Relativity), and incident response
• Experience working on review tools such as Relativity
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Minimum 6 years of legal experience

Responsibilities

• Review documents for legal and factual relevance, privilege, and special concepts as per instructions
• Deliver document review services in Litigation Solutions for global delivery centers
• Review, QC, and QA large volumes of complex litigation documents with high productivity and accuracy
• Identify and assess impact of review guidelines
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Draft decision logs and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Attend mandatory training and certification programs
• Manage workflow of matters and maintain understanding of subject matter
• Provide protocol training to team members
