About the Job

CarzSpa AutoFresh Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Advisor for its Surat office. The role involves managing franchise-related legal matters, drafting and reviewing business agreements, handling compliance requirements, and supporting legal operations across the organisation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognised university
• Strong knowledge of franchise laws and business agreements
• Excellent drafting and documentation skills
• Understanding of corporate and commercial law
• Experience in franchise or corporate legal documentation is preferred
• Experience in handling agreements for multi-location businesses will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Draft and review Franchise Agreements, Letters of Intent (LOIs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), vendor agreements, and partnership agreements
• Manage franchise-related legal documentation and compliance
• Handle trademark matters, infringement issues, and violation notices
• Support franchise onboarding, renewals, amendments, and expansion
• Coordinate with external advocates and the management on legal risks
• Maintain legal records, licensing, and business registration documentation
