About the Job
Kiran K is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Advisor to provide legal counsel and guidance to their real money gaming company. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards and advising on legal matters related to our business operations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a legal advisor, preferably in the real money gaming industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of real money gaming laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property laws and data protection regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of issues related to real money gaming, including licensing, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, contracts, and data protection.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laws, regulations, and industry developments impacting the real money gaming sector.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to assess potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, operations, and marketing teams, to ensure legal compliance in all business activities.
- Advise on advertising and promotional campaigns to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and risk management.
- Handle any legal disputes, investigations, or regulatory matters that may arise.
- Monitor and evaluate changes in laws and regulations and proactively recommend necessary actions to ensure compliance.
