Eligibility
Hiring is for multiple levels and lawyers having post-qualification experience of 1 to 5 years may apply.
Responsibilities
The role involves drafting and reviewing various transaction documents / general corporate documents; undertaking legal due diligence; research and drafting opinions/memos.
