Vahan Help is seeking a qualified Lawyer / Legal Associate with strong expertise in challan clearance processes and an interest in legal-tech product development. The ideal candidate will not only manage challan-related legal workflows but also actively contribute to building an innovative product that simplifies challan clearance for citizens.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM with a valid license to practice law.
• Minimum [ 1 years] of experience in handling challan, transport, or motor vehicle law cases.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Interest in LegalTech and product innovation.
• Experience with similar legal-tech platforms will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a team and advise on challan clearance matters and RTO/traffic-related cases.
• Research and implement traffic and transport laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act.
• Draft and review challan-related legal documentation and appeals.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to design efficient workflows for a challan clearance solution.
• Ensure product compliance with legal regulations.
