Eligibility
- Required experience: PQE of 4-6 years in direct tax litigation
- Candidates must have prior experience in direct tax litigation on issues arising out of international tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax laws.
- Candidates must have prior experience of working in a team and managing a team of associates.
- Enrolled Advocates having considerable experience of practicing direct tax laws before the ITAT Delhi and Delhi High Court would be preferred.
- Candidates must have excellent drafting and communication skills.
- They would prefer candidates from Boutique tax firms/offices and full-service law firms
Location
These positions are based in Delhi and the lawyers will be required to work out of Trilegal’s New Delhi office in Saket.
