About the Job
Mireon Law is inviting applications from lawyers with at least 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in one or more of the following practice areas:
- General Corporate
- Transaction Advisory / M&A
- Banking & Finance
- Real Estate
The positions offer opportunities for greater responsibility, close involvement in transactions, direct client engagement and exposure to diverse areas of corporate and commercial law.
Eligibility
- Minimum 4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Experience in one or more of the specified practice areas.
- Strong drafting and analytical skills.
- Sound commercial understanding.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactional matters.
