About the Job

Bombay Law Chambers is looking to expand its Banking & Finance (Debt) Team and is inviting applications from lawyers with relevant experience in banking and finance transactions.

Eligibility

Candidates must have 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
At least one year of prior experience is mandatory.
Experience working on debt transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
Hands-on experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing banking and finance documentation.
A sound understanding of the Companies Act, including applicable rules and forms, particularly those relating to the issuance of securities.
Candidates with experience in Banking & Finance teams are preferred.

Responsibilities

Working on debt transactions for lenders and borrowers.
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing banking and finance documents, including loan agreements, debenture trust deeds, subscription agreements, and security documents.
