About the Opportunity
Chambers of Chirayu Jain is looking to recruit a law-researcher.
Eligibility
Ideally looking for candidates with 0-1 year experience but who are well equipped with office softwares, Hindi language and would enjoy this particular kind of work.
Responsibilities
- This position is funded by building worker unions for dedicated work for the building workers.
- It would involve data analysis, perusing labour department orders, preparing replies/RTIs/miscellaneous applications/appeals and writ petitions.
- It would also include researching and monitoring the implementation of labour law regime as applicable for the building workers.
