Responsibilities

This position is funded by building worker unions for dedicated work for the building workers.
It would involve data analysis, perusing labour department orders, preparing replies/RTIs/miscellaneous applications/appeals and writ petitions.
It would also include researching and monitoring the implementation of labour law regime as applicable for the building workers.
