About the Job

Adv Dakshayani Saxena is looking to onboard a law graduate with 0–1 years PQE for my full service law office at South Delhi.

The role involves a healthy mix of litigation and corporate work with opportunity for significant exposure to all fields of law and learning from day one.

Eligibility

• Is eager to learn and contribute across multiple areas of practice of law and take initiative with delivering meaningful results.
• Has strong to excellent english language and drafting skills (independent of AI tools).
• Can adapt to a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment and work well in a team.
• can take ownership of work allocated and grow with it.

Resposnibilities

• Researching and analyzing complex legal questions including with respect to constitutional issues, civil, white collar, and criminal litigations, writ matters, commercial arbitrations, insolvency, data privacy, real estate, intellectual property, etc.
• Appearance before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts and various tribunals including NCLT & NCLAT.
• Advising on and structuring complex deals and transactions and assisting and hand holding clients with composite issues of law.
• Drafting petitions, appeals, opinions, advisories and other submissions independently.
