About the Job
NS Legal is looking to onboard a passionate fresh law graduate, preferably based in Delhi, who is eager to kickstart their career in tax laws and other allied acts, PMLA, FEMA, FERA, banking laws, consumer disputes, and related areas.
The selected candidate will undergo an initial four-month training period with a stipend, after which, based on performance, there will be an opportunity to be elevated to the position of Associate.
Eligibility
Fresh law graduate, preferably based in Delhi, who is eager to kickstart their career in tax laws and other allied acts, PMLA, FEMA, FERA, banking laws, consumer disputes, and related areas.
Responsibilities
- Exposure to matters before the Delhi High Court, District Courts, and various Tribunals.
- Hands-on experience in drafting writ petitions, appeals, counters, rejoinders, and other legal documents.
- In-depth legal research across diverse subjects.
- Proficiency in using legal search engines is expected.
