About the Job

Mahindra Logistics is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their team at Gurugram office. This role is for individuals with 4-6 years of experience in handling end to end commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Eligibility

A law graduate (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized university, with preference for candidates from NLUs.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
A team-oriented professional who can work independently when required.
Experience: Strictly 4-6 years

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts to align with business objectives.
Ensuring legal compliance across regions by implementing effective processes and controls.
Conducting due diligence and legal research to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive legal and compliance awareness.
Litigation Management for litigation filed against or by the Company.
