About the Job

Mahindra Logistics is seeking a dedicated legal professional to join their team at Gurugram office. This role is for individuals with 4-6 years of experience in handling end to end commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, due diligence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Eligibility

• A law graduate (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized university, with preference for candidates from NLUs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• A team-oriented professional who can work independently when required.
• Experience: Strictly 4-6 years

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts to align with business objectives.
• Ensuring legal compliance across regions by implementing effective processes and controls.
• Conducting due diligence and legal research to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive legal and compliance awareness.
• Litigation Management for litigation filed against or by the Company.
