About the Job

As a Law Associate in litigation, you will assist in all aspects of the litigation process. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and skilled individual seeking to develop their legal career in a supportive and challenging environment.

Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Conducting legal research and analysis to support case strategy and arguments.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Assisting with case preparation, including organizing documents, scheduling, and maintaining case files.
• Collaborating with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies and tactics.
• Attending court hearings, trials, and depositions as required.
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process.
