About the Job
Ruloans Distribution Services Private Limited is inviting applications for the post of Junior Legal Executive.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognised university
- Mandatory internship experience in law firms and in-house legal teams
- Well-versed with the Companies Act, Contract Act and Intellectual Property Rights
- Understanding of RBI and SEBI regulations
Responsibilities
- Review and assist in drafting Service Agreements with vendors and financial institutions
- Support in contract negotiations and revision
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, NBFC regulations and fintech compliance
- Prepare research notes, legal summaries and regulatory impact
- Assist in drafting legal notices
- Coordinate with external counsel on ongoing litigation matters
- Maintain master sheets and case status updates
