Mtalkz is a fast-growing CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) company, enabling enterprises, BFSI, fintechs, and other businesses to engage customers securely and at scale through SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and more.

They are looking for a motivated Junior Legal Associate to join our corporate legal team. This role involves end-to-end handling of legal notices, corporate agreements, and contracts, along with internal legal documentation and compliance coordination.

Candidates with prior corporate legal exposure (internship or full-time) in handling agreements, contracts, and legal documentation are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with only litigation or court-focused experience are not suitable for this role.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (5-year or 3-year) from a recognized university.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of corporate legal experience (internship or permanent).
• Hands-on experience in agreement drafting, contract management, and legal documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Word (Track Changes) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage corporate agreements and contracts.
• Handle and assist in drafting replies to legal notices and related documentation.
• Ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely execution of legal documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and legal notices.
