About the Job

Junior Talkies is looking to retain one junior counsel from the month of March ’23 for our Pune office.

Eligibility and Experience

Requirement/details as follows –

– 0-1 years PQE
– Registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a full time position, however ‘full time’ still means that the in-coming junior will be allowed to take and conduct their own matters without restriction. The only restriction will be that the junior counsel will not be permitted to work with another law chamber/firm simultaneously.

Role Demands

– Pune based.
– Ability to read, write and speak Marathi and English fluently.
– Has their own two wheeler for local travel and access to a laptop and wifi at home.
– stipend will be 10k p/m for the first 6 months (probation/training period) and 15k p/m thereafter.
– work will involve a range of litigation and non-litigation matters.
– In-office position, not WFH
