Eligibility & Requirements
- Enrolled with the Bar Council
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
- Sound knowledge of Civil and Criminal Procedure
- Exposure to drafting including plaints, written statements, applications, notices, and replies
- Experience or exposure to court appearances before High Courts, District Courts, and Tribunals
- Ability to conduct legal research and case briefing
- Sincere, disciplined, and willing to learn litigation practice
